2. Services I offer professional creative services, including but not limited to Creative Direction, Commercial Photography, and Conceptual Photography. Each commissioned project is subject to a written agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), or booking confirmation that defines the specific terms, pricing, and commercial usage rights.
3. Copyright & Usage All images, visual concepts, and related materials on this website are the intellectual property of Muhammad Ainuna Abror Alifiano and are protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
Upon commissioning a project, clients receive a specific license to use the final images for the agreed purpose (e.g., commercial campaigns, editorial, or brand collateral).
Raw or unedited files (RAW/JPEG) are never released under any circumstances, to preserve the integrity of the final artistic vision.
4. Bookings & Payment A project is confirmed only once a non-refundable deposit and a signed agreement have been received.
Deposits secure the production dates and preliminary creative development.
The remaining balance is due according to the agreed project schedule.
Late payments may result in the withholding of final deliverables or project cancellation.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling If a cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please communicate as soon as possible.
Cancellations made within a certain timeframe prior to the production date (as specified in the individual contract) will incur a cancellation fee.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather for outdoor shoots, illness), an alternative date will be offered.
6. Delivery & Editing Final assets are delivered digitally within the timeframe outlined in the project agreement.
All post-production, color grading, and retouching are executed strictly in my signature "Dark/Cinematic" and "Auteur" style, utilizing layered character-building narratives.
Requests for re-edits that deviate from this established artistic direction will not be accommodated, and additional standard retouching revisions may be subject to extra fees.
7. Privacy All personal and brand information shared through this website, during consultations, or throughout the production process is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
8. Limitation of Liability While every professional effort is made to ensure a flawless production experience, I am not liable for technical failures out of my control, unforeseen force majeure circumstances, or any indirect loss resulting from the use of my services or this website.
9. Changes to Terms These terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on this website.
